1) Enter into an annual service agreement on fixed price or cost plus basis.
2) We locate, vet and slot candidates for your review (No Cost sourcing)
3) We help negotiate salaries with selected candidates, transparently.
4) We collect a deposit for one month salary & termination period, then issue the offers to them via our local entities.
5) We bill you on a monthly basis every month in your currency.
6) You manage their training, provide software and day to day operational management.
7) We take care of local HR support like payroll, leaves management and compliances, including termination
